The third Tropical Depression of the season formed over the Bahamas. At 10:00 am, the centre of Tropical Depression Three was located near latitude 21.9 degrees north, 75.0 degrees west. The Depression is moving toward the west-northwest at 24 km/h. This general motion with an increase in forward speed is expected over the next two days.


Maximum sustained winds are near 55 km/h with higher gusts. The Depression could become a Tropical Storm later today
