A Tropical Wave currently across the eastern Caribbean is expected to move in the vicinity of the island on Friday. As a result, the island is expected to experience periods of moderate to heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms across sections of most parishes during the afternoon on Friday into Saturday.

The Meteorological Service will continue to monitor the situation.
