At 10:00 a.m. the remnants of Tropical Storm Franklin were located near latitude 19.7 North, longitude 99.2 West. The remnants of Franklin are moving toward the west near 31 km/h and this motion is expected to continue today.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 45 km/h with higher gusts. Additional weakening is expected during the next day or so.
